Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using developerios.store. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

developerios.store provides Apple Developer account brokerage services. We offer Individual accounts ($350), Corporate accounts ($650), and account renewals ($200).

2. Guarantee Terms

Our 7-day guarantee applies under the following conditions:

• No applications have been uploaded to the account
• No devices have been linked to the account
• No additional users have been added to the account

If an unused account is banned within 7 days of delivery, we will provide a replacement. This guarantee does not apply to accounts that have been actively used.

3. Payment

All transactions are processed through an escrow service. Payment is made only after you have verified the account and confirmed satisfaction. For renewals, payment is made only after successful renewal completion.

4. 2FA Service

SMS numbers provided for 2FA are active for 14 days at no additional cost. Extension costs $5 per month. We cannot guarantee restoration of expired numbers.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

developerios.store is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services beyond the replacement guarantee stated above.

7. Disclaimer

developerios.store is not affiliated with Apple Inc. Apple, the Apple logo, and Apple Developer are trademarks of Apple Inc. All references to Apple products and services are for informational purposes only.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
